“You can’t get to courage without rumbling with vulnerability.”

What’s the difference between …

  • Coaching

Coaching helps you identify your strengths in order to move towards a desired future state. It is a relational and creative process developing from a partnership between a coach and a client. Through listening, reflection, and the asking of really good questions, a coach seeks to draw forward the wisdom, perspective, and experience of a client, helping them to manage struggles with fresh insight and confidence.

  • Mentoring

Mentoring is focused on advice and knowledge sharing and relies on a differently experienced person or group to offer their encouragement, insight, and perspective in support of a specific goal. Story Workshop Studio is a mentoring community that supports educators who are committed to improving their practice of playful inquiry.

  • Consulting

Consultants provide opinions, analysis, and recommendations in order to support strategic development and continual improvement in an organization. The Center for Playful Inquiry is frequently hired to consult with classrooms, schools, and school districts around the world. Availability is limited but please reach out with your interest and we can explore opportunities.

  • Therapy

Therapy is a treatment for psychological problems in which therapists and clients work together to explore and heal them. In therapy, a licensed psychologist provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk with someone who is objective, neutral and nonjudgmental. Therapy is focused on healing the past so you can better cope with the present.
